However, the March unemployment report will be released tomorrow morning, as is customary for the first Friday of the month in the U.S. The national unemployment has remained around eight percent. Nevada has suffered more than most states. In particular, las vegas new homes have struggled since the economy began to struggle in 2007.
When I traveled around the U.S. in 2006, I stayed in one of the for a while. I liked the house and the couple who lived there. The house was quite similar to many others around it. When the housing bubble burst, millions of Americans suddenly went “underwater,” meaning they owed more on their homes than said houses were worth.
In the last few years, the value of has improved. I’m not sure prices will skyrocket like they did in 2005 but I think that’s a good thing. It’s better for to gradually rise in value.
I’ve told you that I don’t have any credit cards. I’ve said you should be careful when buying anything on credit. In particular, when buying a house. As the housing crisis showed us, your decision on what house to buy is a choice with long-lasting consequences.
That said, prices for aren’t going to decline much further. You mustn’t live in fear. Do your research. Learn about the housing market. Get advice from people you trust. Don’t follow the crowd blindly.
